  • Game account sales offered directly by RAZTOPUP SRL as reseller

All products sold through the website are digital in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

Royale Topup does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, platform, publisher functionality, transfer method, login method, or in-game mechanic.

  • delivery times are estimates, not guarantees;
  • availability may change at any time;

Royale Topup reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, delivery descriptions, stock inaccuracies, or product content inaccuracies at any time.

6. Order Placement

When placing an order, you must provide all requested information necessary for us to process and deliver the purchased product or service. Depending on the product, this may include:

  • server, region, player ID, UID, or other technical information.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is correct, complete, and suitable for delivery.

7. Acceptance of Orders

An order submitted through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not automatically accepted merely because payment has been made or because an order confirmation email has been sent.

RAZTOPUP SRL reserves the right to:

8. Delivery Window

Delivery begins after the customer submits the order and provides all required information. Delivery is generally completed within a maximum of 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated privately.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • missing or incorrect customer information;
  • verification requirements;
  • game or platform downtime;
  • publisher-side restrictions or changes;
  • technical issues outside our reasonable control;
  • high order volume;
  • manual processing requirements.

9. Customer Cooperation Obligation

You agree to cooperate in good faith with any reasonable request necessary to complete delivery. This may include confirming account access, verifying account ownership, confirming game information, or responding to support inquiries.

If you fail to provide the requested information or do not respond in time, delivery may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled.

10. Account Credentials and Delivery Access

Certain products require account access for delivery. In such cases, you may be asked to provide login details, including email, password, and login method.

By submitting account credentials, you represent and warrant that:

  • the account belongs to you or you have lawful authority to use it;

11. Pricing and Payment

Payments on Royale Topup are processed through Stripe or other payment methods made available on the website from time to time. By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment processor to process the transaction for the amount shown at checkout.

All prices displayed on the website are those shown at the time of purchase, unless there is an obvious error. The total payable amount is displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

Payment must be completed before delivery begins, unless another arrangement is clearly agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

12. Digital Content and Loss of Withdrawal Right

By placing an order for digital content, digital services, virtual goods, in-game items, or any product that begins to be performed digitally before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate or early performance and acknowledge that, once performance begins, you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where legally required, Royale Topup may present this acknowledgement in the checkout flow, by checkbox, statement, or similar consent mechanism.

13. Refund and Return Rules

All refund and return matters are governed by the separate Refund / Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Account Sales

Royale Topup may list and sell game accounts as reseller. Any such listing is offered directly by RAZTOPUP SRL unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For account sales:

  • delivery times may vary;
  • transfer methods may vary by platform and game;
  • the buyer is responsible for reviewing the product description carefully before purchase;
  • certain post-transfer risks may remain due to game publisher systems or third-party platform policies beyond our control.

15. Buyer Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • submit false billing or account details;
  • attempt fraudulent chargebacks;
  • use unauthorized payment methods;
  • misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse our digital delivery processes;
  • attempt to obtain duplicate delivery or unjustified compensation;
  • misrepresent support conversations or order status;
  • use the website for unlawful purposes.

16. Incorrect Information

If you provide incorrect information, including but not limited to the wrong account, wrong login credentials, wrong player ID, wrong server, wrong contact details, or wrong platform information, Royale Topup shall not be responsible for any resulting delay, failed delivery, misdelivery, or loss to the extent caused by such customer error.

17. Suspension, Refusal, and Cancellation

We may suspend, delay, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • fraud or abuse is suspected;

  • delivery becomes technically impossible;
  • the order appears to violate law, platform rules, or these Terms;

18. Third-Party Platforms and Publishers

Royale Topup is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any game publisher, platform provider, app store, payment provider, or intellectual property owner unless expressly stated otherwise.

All trademarks, logos, game titles, and publisher names remain the property of their respective owners.

Royale Topup may rely on third-party technical providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, and consent-management tools, in order to operate the website and complete transactions.

19. No Guarantee of Publisher Decisions

Royale Topup is not responsible for any account restriction, account suspension, publisher warning, technical compatibility issue, inventory removal, balance reversal, game update effect, or transfer limitation caused by the game publisher, platform operator, or any third-party system outside our control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAZTOPUP SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account access, loss of gameplay progress, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, the purchase of any product, or any delivery issue beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAZTOPUP SRL, its representatives, operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, your unlawful conduct, or your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized data.
